Symington is situated in southern Scotland, approximately 29 miles southwest of Edinburgh and 31 miles southeast of
Glasgow as the crow flies.
The parish has a population of 861 persons and Symington Kirk has 200 members.
The Church is situated at the bottom of Kirk Bauk, in the centre of the village. Its location can be found here.
The position of Minister is presently vacant.
The site has been visited times since the site was introduced on the 5th November 2005.
